![]() I think you can do this through the phones admin menu. ![]() If you have made any changes to extns through the phones menu's, I suggest restoring the settings to default and starting again. The trick is to get one extn working and the rest will work as the template is the same. Once the template is created you can right click the device in the number tab and apply the template. VoIP -> SIP -> Primary SIP Proxy (IP of MCD where user is configured), SIP Proxy Password (assigned in the authentication tab of user in user & device form) ![]() Network -> Network A -> Change Wifi Network Name, SSID, Security Mode and Passphrase.ĭevice -> Settings -> User Display Text (I put "Mitel Extn" here), Date Format. Within this template you will need to make some basic changes so that it connects to your WIFI and MCD. Once associated you can right click and "Use as Template" for all subsequent devices. If you get a freshly unboxed phone and plug it straight into the cradle, it should ask you to associate a directory number to it that you have setup with WinPDM already in the device tab. ![]()
